1957 Chevrolet Bel Air — 15 miles, Automatic, Colonial cream exterior, Black colonial cream interior, located in Summitville, IN. Family-owned since 1995. Frame-off restored and fully assembled, with less than 15 miles driven since the build. Stored in a dry garage ever since. Just needs minor carburetor adjustment and wiring for the radio ,horn, wire radio speaker, wiper install and minor misc items that come with the car that’s new. Nice paint, new interior, fender skirts, and plenty of great options. I have driven this car 30 mph around town. Odometer reads 56,792 original miles but on rebuild it’s roughly 15 miles. Cars finished to this level can sell for $55,000–$75,000, so you’re way ahead buying this one. A great opportunity to finish it and enjoy it! Recent service history: Hasn’t been driven much and needs carburetor tuning. The engine was rebuilt several years ago when it was painted. Exhaust installation also needs to be completed to the rear. Minor chips from assembly of car that can be touched to very easily. Trims all professionally redone. New glass, new interior, redone original bumpers. New trunk rubber seal still package comes with, new wiper arms in box comes with that need installed. This car was built and assembled by a family member of mine. I have added a few items to the car to complete so car can be sold. I did not build this car a family member of mine did. Car underneath couldn’t get much nicer. Factory equipment & options: Bel-Air Engine: 283 Drivetrain: RWD Engine performance: Engine runs strong and fires up with no issues. Needs minor tuning after sitting. Drives well and has a new fuel system. Transmission operation: No issues. Suspension/brakes: Brakes gone through 7 to 10 years ago has not been driven much. Drum brakes. Electrical: Horn needs wired, radio needs wired. Known issues: Wire the horn and radio, and finish installing the exhaust. The car was wired by a shop, but they didn’t complete the remaining work.
