Vehicle Disclosure Statement.

By electronically signing the Vehicle Disclosure Statement as part of your submission, you certify under penalty of misrepresentation that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle, or have written authority from the owner to sell it.
• The VIN provided matches the vehicle and has not been altered or restamped.
• The odometer reading provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and any odometer discrepancy is disclosed.
• You have disclosed all known mechanical defects, electrical issues, leaks, and required repairs.
• You have disclosed the current title status (clean, salvage, rebuilt, bonded, parts-only, or out-of-state).
• You have disclosed any history of salvage, flood, fire, frame damage, or major collision.
• You have disclosed any engine swap, transmission swap, or non-original drivetrain.
• You have disclosed all liens on the vehicle and will clear them before title transfer.
• All photos in the listing are of the actual vehicle being sold and were taken recently.

• Stolen vehicles.
• Vehicles with altered, restamped, or removed VINs.
• Vehicles you are not legally authorized to transfer.
• Vehicles subject to undisclosed liens or open recalls that affect drivability without disclosure.

Material misrepresentation in the Vehicle Disclosure Statement is grounds for immediate removal of the listing, permanent account termination, forfeiture of fees, and referral of the matter to law enforcement. Seller agrees to indemnify GM Vault and the buyer for any loss arising from inaccurate disclosure.

Notwithstanding the seller's good-faith disclosures above, every vehicle on GM Vault is offered and sold strictly on an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sellers describe their vehicles to the best of their knowledge, and GM Vault promotes listings based on that information; GM Vault is not a party to the sale and is not responsible for the vehicle's condition. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person, send a representative, or commission a third-party pre-purchase inspection, and are responsible for arranging their own pickup or transport — whether driving the vehicle home or dispatching a trailer or carrier of their choice.

You sign the Vehicle Disclosure Statement during the final step of submission by typing your full legal name and checking the acknowledgment box. The signature, timestamp, and IP address are recorded with the submission and attached to the listing record.
